Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
